Laptop Offers

Each year, the IT department arranges for laptop offers that students can order via Jacobs University. Details on the offer for 2009 can be found at the IRC-IT pages at Student Laptop O-Week 2009. Language Program at Jacobs University Bremen

We are pleased to offer you a number of language courses:
You can learn German, the mother-tongue of your new home country; a number of European languages such as French or Spanish; or you can choose to study Chinese. Since 2005 we also offer the course "English for Academic Purposes" as an extracurricular course. To help you to find the appropriate entry level into our scheme of courses there will be a mandatory placement test during O-Week and in the first week of the new semester.
